Purchases and Orders

When you place an order for books through our shop, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to errors in pricing or product information, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. Shipping times and costs are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns and refunds are handled according to our return policy communicated at checkout. Physical books in resalable condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund minus shipping costs, unless otherwise noted for specific titles.

All content on cranial-one.com, including text, graphics, logos, layout, and software, is owned by Cranial One or its licensors and protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. Book titles, cover images, and author names are property of their respective publishers and authors. Our curated descriptions and original blog content remain our intellectual property.

You represent that your submissions do not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cranial One and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100), whichever is greater.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
